- Regal Springs – 3 fillets
- Butter – 2tbs
- Olive Oil – 1tbs
- Plain flour – 1 cup
- Vega chicken stock powder – 2tbs
- Masterfoods Harissa blend – 2tbs
- Salt and pepper
- 1 lemon
- Mix flour and seasoning. Lightly dust the fillets.
- Melt butter over medium/high heat until foaming add oil.
- Cook the fillets for no more than 2 minutes each side. Remove and season.
- Severe with lemon and salad.
