- Regal Springs Tilapia – 1 fillet with dark centre line cut out, very finely diced – 2mm cubes
- Shallot and ¼ green chilli very finely diced
- Olive oil 1tsp
- Lime juice (½ a lime)
- Taramaslata – your favourite brand
- Crackers – rice or your favourite
- Mix well and stand for 2 minutes.
- Spread 8 crackers Taramasalta and spoon on the Kariba mix.
- Enjoy as a great meal starter.
