- Regal Springs Tilapia Fillets – 2
- 3tbs Veg Oil
- Tomato, lettuce and red onion sliced
- Add anything else e.g. coriander, jalapenos, beetroot
- 2 cheese slices
- 2 “Tip Top” Damper buns – fresh or toasted, sliced and smothered with mayonnaise or tartare sauce
- Heat 3tbs oil in a heavy based frypan until smoking. Back off the heat to med/high.
- Cook the Regal Springs Tilapia for no more than 2 minutes each side and remove.
- Compile your burgers and enjoy.
