- 2 Premium Tilapia portions or fillets
- 1/2 Cup of Seasoned Plain Flour
- 2 Table Spoons Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Remove fillets from packaging and pat dry.
- Lightly dust (coat) Premium Tilapia portions in seasoned plain flour
- Pan fry on a medium heat in a small amount of olive oil or vegetable oil, for no more than 2 minutes each side.
- Add salt and pepper and squeeze of lemon to taste and serve.
